NOTICE TO ALL OWNERS
Work on facades and common areas — Prior authorization required
All owners are reminded that no work or modification of the facades or common areas may be undertaken without the prior and express authorisation of the co-ownership.
Any request for exemption must be accompanied by a file presenting the project in detail and detail. It will be submitted to the General Assembly, which will decide on its acceptance or refusal. No work may begin before obtaining this authorization.
The existence of similar developments carried out by other owners, with or without authorisation, does not in any way constitute an implicit authorisation, nor a right to carry out work of the same nature.
Any work carried out without the prior agreement of the condominium must be completely dismantled. The supports and parts concerned must be restored to their original condition, at the expense of the owner concerned.
Compliance with these provisions is essential to preserve the architectural harmony, the integrity of the common areas and the interests of all the co-owners.

From president to neighbor at a distance... But no goodbye! :-)
Dear owners of Las Olas,
Now that the residents' meeting is over, I would also like to say a word to everyone who could not be there, or who had to leave the meeting a little earlier due to other obligations.
First of all: a big thank you to all of you! ❤️
It was with great pleasure that I took on the presidency of our beautiful urbanization in the past year. Have we been able to achieve everything we had in mind with our team? No, unfortunately not. But hey, Rome wasn't built in a day and Las Olas won't be completely perfected in one year! 😉 The seeds have been planted and I hope that we will see beautiful things grow from them in the near future.
In the meantime, we have a new president who immediately flew in with full enthusiasm: Guido! Together with Lia, communication is in good hands. I am confident that they will continue to put our urbanization on the right track.
And then I have a little announcement... Yes, you read that right: Vincent is leaving Las Olas! 😄
We have bought another property in Casares. Don't panic, I'm not moving to the other side of the world and I'm not going to emigrate to the moon. Fortunately, Casares is still nearby!
Until the day of my move, I will continue to help behind the scenes with Guido and Lia. Even today, I am still busy arranging appointments and talking to people to help as many things as possible. So I pass on the torch, but I don't just throw it over the wall and walk away from it! 😂
I have had a very nice contact with many of you in the past year and I am sincerely grateful for that. Of course, you can't get along equally well with everyone. I wish it was different, but yes... As president, you can't give everyone a big hug and right at the same time! 🤣
If I had unintentionally offended someone, that was certainly not my intention. I have always tried to do the best for Las Olas and for all of you, even if it didn't always work out the way I would have liked it to be.
I hope that I have been able to leave a small, positive trace. And that in a few years, when you hear my name again, you may think: "Ah yes, Vincent! He sometimes had his hands full, but he meant well anyway!" 😜
I wish you all many more pleasant moments in our beautiful Las Olas. Above all, continue to enjoy life here, the sun, our neighbors and everything that makes this place so pleasant to live in.
And as far as communication is concerned, I have every confidence in that. Guido and Lia will continue to do so with great enthusiasm. So give them the necessary support, ideas and a little patience every now and then... Because as we all know, managing an urbanization is sometimes a bit like leading a kindergarten, but with adults! 😂
And above all, remember: a farewell is not always a goodbye!
I may soon be a Casares resident, but Estepona will remain nearby and I won't lose Las Olas easily. You will undoubtedly see me appear here regularly. If only to say hello, to have a chat or to check if you will survive without me! 😁
Thank you again for the trust, the nice contacts, the support and all the moments I have been able to share with you in the past year.
